★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles são uns amores, porém a a organização deixa a desejar. Após lavarem meu cabelo colocaram toalha molhada, que nem sei quem usou, salão totalmente desorganizado e sujo. Não sei se estava em reforma ou não, mas o salão não era nada do que vi na internet. Espero que esse feedback seja um incentivo para melhorias, pois quem vai a primeira vez dificilmente vai voltar!
They are sweethearts, but the organization leaves something to be desired. After washing my hair, they put on a wet towel, which I don't even know who used it, the salon was totally disorganized and dirty. I don't know if it was under renovation or not, but the salon was nothing like what I saw on the internet. I hope this feedback will be an incentive for improvement, because those who go for the first time are unlikely to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mina experiência foi péssima ,fui agendada para as 20 hs C m um tal Juliano que se recusou a me atender porque cheguei 10 minutos atrasada procurando o salão que não tem fachada nem número, disse que não podia atender porque tinha que buscar o namorado no serviço..desrespeito total, e ainda foi debochado me perguntando que tamanho que queria meu corte "curto", dizendo que tem cortes de vários tamanhos até de 3 cm..sou mulher,pedi um corte curto feminino ,não um corte feito na máquina 2 ou 3...péssimo salão,péssimo profissional,não indico pra ninguém , sem competência nenhuma
My experience was terrible, I was scheduled for 8 pm C m a Juliano who refused to meet me because I arrived 10 minutes late looking for the salon that has no facade or number, he said he could not meet because he had to pick up his boyfriend at the service ..total disrespect, and was even mocked asking me what size I wanted my "short" cut, saying that there are cuts of various sizes up to 3 cm..I'm a woman, I asked for a female short cut, not a machine cut 2 or 3... terrible salon, terrible professional, I don't recommend it to anyone, without any competence
