Estou muito preocupado com a qualidade do serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FIco surpreso da nota que que tenho visto aqui, pois minha experiencia não esta sendo nada boa, pode até ser que eu volte aqui e revise essa nota dependendo da qualidade do serviço, pois nem iniciaram o serviço ainda após 1 mês esperando e nada, mesmo não tendo necessidade de peças para o reparo, ou seja, a desculpa de que precisariam de peças chegar e que não depende deles não é válido aqui.
I am surprised by the note that I have seen here, because my experience is not being good at all, it may even be that I come back here and review this note depending on the quality of the service, because they haven't even started the service yet after 1 month waiting and nothing, anyway not needing parts for the repair, that is, the excuse that they would need parts to arrive and that it is not up to them is not valid here.

Chegando à oficina não havia um orçamentista presente, então a senhorita Thamires, tirou fotos para posteriormente nos enviar orçamento. Estamos até hoje (28/01)esperando. Retorno aqui, hj dia 22/03/22, para confirmar que nunca recebemos retorno algum da empresa.
I went with my girlfriend, on 01/25/22, from Sumaré, motivated by the positive comments about the work carried out. When we arrived at the workshop, there was no estimator present, so Miss Thamires took pictures to later send us a budget. We are still waiting (28/01) to this day. I return here, today 03/22/22, to confirm that we never received any return from the company.
