Até agora não tive retorno p cancelar um pedido, pq não me avisaram que eu já teria que pagar no dia seguinte, (no caso amanhã é segunda), e eu só recebo meu dinheiro na quarta feira. Mas por enquanto nem me ajudaram a pelo menos adiar a entrega, ñ sei como vou resolver. Estou decepcionada!!
The service is not good! They are assisting me online, it seems that they do not try ... So far I have not had a return to cancel an order, because they did not warn me that I would have to pay the next day, (in this case tomorrow is Monday), and I only receive my money on Wednesday. But for now, they haven't even helped me to at least postpone delivery, I don't know how I'm going to solve it. I am disappointed!!
