Inclusive deixei de comprar mais coisas pq já não aguentava mais a falta de educação dos funcionários lá. Não só comigo mas com umas senhoras.
Antes quando era lojas Gripon parecia ter uma Qualidade no atendimento diferente.
Acesso ao provador estar péssimo uma bagunça que só Jesus as filhas direcionadas ao caixa é uma palhaçada tanta gente parada naquele caixa e não fazem "pemba" nenhuma.
Tenho o costume de ir sempre mas em Madureira pq a de bangu só Jesus Cristo e por misericórdia.

I even stopped buying more things because I couldn't take the lack of education of the employees there anymore. Not only with me but with some ladies.
Before when it was Gripon stores it seemed to have a different quality of service.
Access to the dressing room is a mess that only Jesus the daughters directed to the cashier is a joke so many people standing in that cashier and do not do "pemba" at all.
I have the habit of always going, but in Madureira, because of the bangu only Jesus Christ and out of mercy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu só queria comprar uma blusa para passar o Natal mas a única coisa que consegui lá nessa loja de Bangu foi ser humilhada!! Acho que exigir o uso de máscara é muito diferente de humilhar os clientes da loja.
Fui humilhada por uma funcionária de cabelo Chanel na orelha cacheado, pele de cor negra. Um fiscal veio até mim exigir o uso da máscara e eu disse que estava sem máscara e falei que o justo seria a loja fornecer a máscara. Esta outra fiscal ouviu que começou a se intrometer no trabalho do rapaz e me disse que eu deveria estar era "cheia de álcool , embebedada" e por isso não estava de máscara. Eu estava com minha filha no colo e por isso não dei uma resposta a altura. Foi humilhante e NUNCA mais volto nesse local.
I just wanted to buy a blouse to spend Christmas but the only thing I got there in that store in Bangu was to be humiliated!! I think demanding the use of a mask is very different from humiliating store customers.
I was humiliated by an employee with Chanel hair on her ear, black skin. An inspector came to me to demand the use of a mask and I said that I was without a mask and I said that it would be fair for the store to supply the mask. This other inspector heard that she started to interfere in the boy's work and told me that I should be "full of alcohol, drunk" and that's why I wasn't wearing a mask. I had my daughter in my arms and that's why I didn't give an adequate answer. It was humiliating and I will NEVER go back to this place.

Me aconteceu a alguns meses atrás uma cena q eu fiquei desacreditada em ter passado por isso...
Sou NEGRA filha de um casal interacial, fui nessa msm loja com a minha mãe BRANCA e a fiquei esperando sentada em um dos bancos da loja e ela foi olhar as roupas... Eu fiquei no celular por um tempo e dps reparei q A MAIORIA DAS ATENDENTES BRANCAS estavam me cercando msm sem estar com NADA na mão e sentada, apenas o meu celular! Quando percebi tal coisa absurda liguei para minha mãe e pedi para ela voltar e eu contar o acontecido quando elas viram que minha mãe BRANCA estava na minha frente e eu falando o acontecido para ela, as atendentes pararam de me cercar!
E HOJE 12/02/22 aconteceu com uma amiga minha TAMBÉM NEGRA! Ela foi comprar uma mochila para a enteada e eu fiquei com o meu afilhado, filho da mesma, para ela ir pagar pq até hj eu n entro naquela loja traumatizada! Pois bem... Ela sabendo da minha história com essa loja, subiu para pagar a mochila, e lá em cima ela viu uma sandália para o filho dela, meu afilhado e desceu para ver se dava nele, deu e ela subiu para pagar a mochila e a sandália, quando ela subiu deu de cara com uma da atendentes VIDRADA NELA, e outro atrás a seguindo! Minha amiga sem paciência nenhuma falou com um tom de arrogância q não iria roubar nada! E fez questão de pagar com uma nota de 100!

A few months ago a scene happened to me that I was discredited in having gone through this...
I am BLACK daughter of an interracial couple, I went to that same store with my WHITE mother and I was waiting for her sitting on one of the benches in the store and she went to look at the clothes... I stayed on my cell phone for a while and then I noticed that MOST OF THE WHITE ATTENDANTS were surrounding me without having ANYTHING in hand and sitting, just my cell phone! When I realized such an absurd thing I called my mother and asked her to come back and I told her what happened when they saw that my WHITE mother was in front of me and I was talking about what happened to her, the attendants stopped surrounding me!
AND TODAY 02/12/22 happened to a friend of mine ALSO BLACK! She went to buy a backpack for her stepdaughter and I stayed with my godson, her son, for her to pay because until today I don't go into that store traumatized! Well... She, knowing my story with this store, went up to pay for the backpack, and up there she saw a sandal for her son, my godson, and went down to see if it fit him, he gave it and she went up to pay the backpack and sandals, when she went up she came face to face with one of the attendants GLAD IN HER, and another one behind her following her! My friend without any patience spoke with a tone of arrogance that would not steal anything! And he insisted on paying with a 100 bill!
