★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um soutien com alça removível e silicone nas costas , no dia 15 de Dezembro e no dia 17 de Dezembro meu marido foi fazer a troca com nota fiscal e tudo e o mesmo não conseguiu pois falaram que a peça por ter silicone não poderia ser trocado ,não entendi pois ninguém me avisou quando comprei e a peça está intacta e com todas as etiquetas , achei um desrespeito com o consumidor, nunca mais compro nada dessa loja !
I bought a bra with a removable strap and silicone on the back, on December 15th and on December 17th my husband went to exchange it with an invoice and everything and he couldn't because they said that the piece, because it had silicone, could not be changed. ,I didn't understand because no one told me when I bought it and the piece is intact and with all the labels, I thought it was disrespectful to the consumer, I never buy anything from this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, quando compramos vem todos como urubu atrás de comida, ficam em cima da gente. Quando é necessário fazer uma troca, tem dia e hora. Não tem o mínimo de empatia e preferem tomar nota baixa e perder vários clientes. Eu e minha família sempre compravam nessa loja, porém, a partir de hj nunca mais. Ednéia do caixa super mal educada, não quis nem olhar a peça. Marli, acho que gerente, um pouco mais educada, mas não pôde trocar porque simplesmente os donos das lojas colocam regras, travam o sistema e não pensam nos clientes.
Resultado, paguei um valor alto por uma sutiã que não ficou bom, e fui obrigada a ficar com uma peça que não ficou bem.
Os donos dessa loja treinam pessimamente a equipe e os limitam demais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja não possui provador e uma política que só realizam apenas uma troca. Porém isso não é falado, após realizar a primeira troca, sua nota é carimbada com a frase " Peças em promoção, sem troca" em nenhum momento o cliente é informado do que se trata, a não ser que questione e quando é feito algum questionamento a má vontade e falta de educação das atendentes é inacreditável, principalmente da atendente de caixa "Gabi" que além de mal educada age de má fé, trocando a etiqueta da peça quando o preço está incorreto, achando que quem está do outro lado do caixa é cego. Alguns produtos até são bons e as vendedoras educadas, mas ter que finalizar a compra com o péssimo atendimento das meninas do caixa, é melhor comprar em outro local.
Incrível como os nomes das pessoas que dão 5 estrelas, coincidentemente são os mesmos nomes citados em algumas reclamações!!!
