★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com total falta de profissionalismo. Tentei uma transferência para outra unidade pois fui transferida e Moema fica mega longe pra mim. Primeiro não podia (não fui informada disso quando fechei o pacote), depois eles falaram que ia tentar fazer isso na unidade que pedi, fiquei aguardando e nenhum retorno.
Decidi pelo cancelamento, pq já estava cobrando do meu cartão e não é estava utilizando o serviço. A quase duas semanas falaram que conseguiram mas não tive retorno de ninguém. Tô vindo aqui pq quero estressar minha indignação. na hora de vender todo mundo é simpático e atencioso, mas quando o cliente precisa de algo, é assim que somos tratados, com descaso.
Quero cancelar e quero o retinho de vocês no whatsapp.
Company with a total lack of professionalism. I tried a transfer to another unit because I was transferred and Moema is very far for me. First I couldn't (I wasn't informed of this when I closed the package), then they said they would try to do this in the unit I asked for, I was waiting and no return.
I decided to cancel, because I was already charging my card and I wasn't using the service. Almost two weeks ago they said they did it but I didn't have any feedback from anyone. I'm coming here because I want to stress my indignation. when it comes to selling, everyone is friendly and considerate, but when the customer needs something, that's how we are treated, with indifference.
I want to cancel and I want your straight on whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com esta empresa. Há uma falta de comunicação interna e com o cliente enorme, a ponto da empresa me dar uma resposta plausível para o meu problema apenas quando abri uma reclamação no Procon.
Em resumo, péssimo atendimento e tratamento com o cliente!
Jamais voltaria a fazer negócio e muito menos recomendo o serviço!
Bad experience with this company. There is a huge lack of internal communication and with the customer, to the point that the company only gave me a plausible answer to my problem when I opened a complaint at Procon.
In short, terrible customer service and treatment!
I would never do business again, let alone recommend the service!

As meninas super educadas e simpáticas. Tem 2 vagas de estacionamento. Tudo muito bom! Indico de olhos fechados!!!!
From the first contact I was very well attended by Maury. Super polite, lively and helpful. I did the first session with Ana who was super attentive and careful. The clinic is beautiful! The girls are super polite and nice. It has 2 parking spaces. All very good! I recommend with eyes closed!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem faz a unidade são algumas funcionárias, Sabrina e Mauri. Se não fosse por elas, acho que a unidade deixaria a desejar. Estou em tratamento lá já um ano e achei a rotatividade de funcionários MUITO alta. Já cheguei a ser atendida por funcionária que claramente não tinha treinamento. Estou entrando na reta final do tratamento e agradeço imensamente às duas que sempre se mostraram extremamente profissionais, carinhosas e amáveis!
Who makes the unit are some employees, Sabrina and Mauri. If it weren't for them, I think the unit would be lacking. I have been undergoing treatment there for a year and found the employee turnover VERY high. I have already been attended by an employee who clearly had no training. I am entering the final stretch of treatment and I am immensely grateful to the two who have always been extremely professional, caring and kind!

Nunca tem disponibilidade na agenda, te informar que os horários são flexíveis porém não são e ainda por cima, quando já agendada a sessão, é muito possível te enviarem uma mensagem desmarcando.
Meu pacote de virilha, axila, buço e perianal foi um total desperdício, joguei dinheiro fora! Te prometem que ao final das sessões você estará sem pelos e é uma total MENTIRA!! Fiz as sessões e segui todas as recomendações e continuo com pelo.
O pacote de pernas então? Assim que terminei de pagar nunca mais houve agenda disponível.
Apart from Sabrina, who always served me extremely well and was very helpful, I only had headaches. There is never availability on the agenda, inform you that the times are flexible but they are not and on top of that, when the session has already been scheduled, it is very possible to send you a message unmarking it.
My crotch, armpit, upper lip and perianal pack was a total waste, I wasted money! You are promised that at the end of the sessions you will be hairless and it's a total LIE!! I did the sessions and followed all the recommendations and I still have fur.
The leg pack then? As soon as I finished paying there was no agenda available again.
