★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é bom para sua faixa de preço, no entanto, parece que não são cuidadosos com a limpeza, basta observar que as lixeiras ficam ao lado do condomínio, na Rua Bill Cartaxo, em frente a casa de moradores da referida rua e nem sempre eles se preocupam em prover a limpeza do local quando o carro do lixo passa. Resultado, fica lixo acumulado, as vezes por dia, causando mal cheiro e proliferando ratos, o que prejudica os moradores da Rua Bill Cartaxo e conta pontos negativos em desfavor do condomínio.
The condominium is good for its price range, however, it seems that they are not careful with cleaning, just note that the dumps are next to the condominium, in Bill Street Cartaxo, in front of the house of residents of said street and not always they bother to provide for the cleaning of the place when the garbage car passes by.
