★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha nota é para o profissional Adriano, o estilista da loja, minha filha não fez vestido na loja porque somos de outra cidade e ficaria muito difícil alugar em São Paulo, mas em uma certa ocasião ao passar na frente da loja, ele, em sua abordagem acertou com riqueza de detalhes o vestido que ela sonhava e disse que era o que combinaria perfeitamente com ela. Muito educado e simpático.

Aluguei um vestido Maison Grécia.... Para a festa da minha filha de 15 anos!! Uma festa programada, e dois dias antes da festa o vestido começou a despedaçar.... Cair pedras e descosturar inteiro.... Quando ela foi sentar com vestido tinham 3 agulhas que furaram a coxa dela..... Vive um verdadeiro filme de terror.... Um desespero ...essa menina só chorava... Pelo sonho perdido!!!
A loja vendo ocorrido veio até a minha casa disponibilizar outros vestidos para a mesma...... Assumindo seu erro..... O vestido debaixo balonê estava sujo, encardido!
Seu Vieira veio até em casa na sexta-feira à noite.... E a Gabi não quis nenhum dos vestidos que ele disponibilizou!
Sendo assim conversado com ele assumiu a responsabilidade de pagar ....de eu estar levando em uma costureira ( no dia da festa)...muito longe da minha casa, e fazendo a arrumação necessária......
No dia da festa de manhã fui levar esse vestido para arrumar e fiquei esperando duas costureiras colocando o vestido em ordem...... E mesmo assim faltavam Pedras....
Na festa ela foi com esse vestido e levou um outro que o próprio Vieira trouxe aqui , para se caso acontecesse um estrago!
Depois de todo o ocorrido devolvi o vestido no prazo certo..... E ele pediu para que eu mandasse um e-mail... Para ressarcir os valores pagos para costureira e deslocamento...
Me mandaram um e-mail errado eu fiquei por diversos dias tentando contato com a loja....
Quando consegui contato no dia de hoje.... Ele me escorraçou no telefone.... Dizendo que o meu contato estava encerrado que o vestido já tinha sido devolvido e que ele não teria mais responsabilidade em nada quanto a isso.

I rented a Maison Grecia dress.... For my 15 year old daughter's party!! A party was scheduled, and two days before the party the dress started to fall apart.... Stones fell out and the whole seam was unsewn.... When she went to sit with the dress there were 3 needles that pierced her thigh..... Live a real horror movie.... A despair... this girl only cried... For the lost dream!!!
The store, seeing what happened, came to my house to provide other dresses for it...... Assuming your mistake..... The dress under the balloon was dirty, dirty!
Mr Vieira came to the house on Friday night.... And Gabi didn't want any of the dresses he made available!

After all that had happened, I returned the dress on time..... And he asked me to send him an email... To reimburse the amounts paid for the seamstress and displacement...
They sent me a wrong email I spent several days trying to contact the store....
When I got in touch today.... He kicked me out on the phone.... Saying that my contact was closed that the dress had already been returned and that he would no longer be responsible for anything about it.
