★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento péssimo. Muita demora e descaso com o cliente. Fiz luzes com a Suzy e não gostei do resultado, cor totalmente diferente daquela que pedi. Foi frustrante toda a experiência.
I found the service terrible. Too much delay and neglect with the customer. I made lights with Suzy and didn't like the result, totally different color from the one I asked. It was frustrating the whole experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço alto não acompanha a qualidade dos serviços. Fiz o pagamento e depois me ligaram cobrando mais 50,00 , alegando q fizeram a conta errada. Fiz selagem e não gostei do resultado, depois fiz luzes com outro cabeleireiro e foi pior ainda. Enfim, minha experiência nesse lugar foi péssima. Serviu de lição para não ir mais em um salão apenas pela fachada .
The high price does not match the quality of services. I made the payment and then they called me charging another 50.00, claiming they made the wrong account. I sealed and didn't like the result, then I lit with another hairdresser and it was even worse. Anyway, my experience in this place was terrible. It was a lesson not to go to a hall just by the facade.

Em questão de qualidade de serviço, sou muito suspeita para falar. Desde a primeira vez que fui no salão, não quis mais ir em outro.
Corto meus cabelos com a Sonia Tartari, especialista em corte, SENSACIONAL.
O corte dela dá uma vida surreal nos cabelos, o meu cresceu até bem rápido. Sem contar o tratamento, ela é uma pessoa muito divertida e bem profissional.
Chego lá e apenas entrego e confio de olhos fechados. Falo assim, "Sinta-se a vontade".
Fiz realinhamento de fios com o Sidney e é outra pessoa maravilhosa. Super atencioso e tem mãos bem leves (eu gostei), ele teve todo o cuidado de não deixar meu fio muito esticado (devido a pedidos meu) e o resultado superou as expectativas.
O preço é um pouco acima da média, mas a garantia de satisfação não tem preço. Sem contar que um serviço bem feito dura por muito tempo.

Her cut gives a surreal life to her hair, mine grew up really fast. Not to mention the treatment, she is a very fun and very professional person.

I did wire realignment with Sidney and he is another wonderful person. Super attentive and has very light hands (I liked it), he was very careful not to leave my thread too tight (due to my requests) and the result exceeded expectations.
The price is a little above average, but the satisfaction guarantee is priceless. Not to mention that a job well done lasts for a long time.

O salão não é muito espaçoso, mas é organizado, iluminado e confortável. Os produtos utilizados são dos melhores e os profissionais também por isso o preço é mais salgado, mas vale a pena para garantir a qualidade do seu procedimento.
