★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos são bem espaçosos e super bem ventilados. Porém, o condomínio é horrível! Além de caro, não tem áreas de lazer condizentes ao valor.
O zelador se acha o dono do prédio. Tem 2 férias por ano e faz horário de bancário.
A administração (Jaime) é outra incompetente, não responde e-mails e qnd responde são ignorantes. Em um ano que morei no prédio, não vi uma circular e reuniões de condomínio.
FUJAM DESSE LUGAR.
The apartments are very spacious and super well ventilated. However, the condo is horrible! In addition to being expensive, there are no leisure areas in line with the value.
The caretaker thinks he is the owner of the building. You have 2 vacations a year and do banking hours.
The administration (Jaime) is another incompetent one, he does not answer e-mails and when he responds they are ignorant. In a year that I lived in the building, I didn't see a circular and condominium meetings.

Quando você vê o prédio a primeira impressão é: boa localização, espaço do apartamento bem distribuído, poucas pessoas no condomínio.
Quando você passa a conviver com a desorganização, a falta de respeito, a incoerência e o preconceito, você só quer sair.
Nenhum aviso é colocado nos murais, não tem reunião de condomínio, você não fica sabendo de nada... os relatórios de gastos são incoerentes e a administradora faz e desfaz sem informar ninguém.
O zelador compactua com todas as omissões e desorganizações do condomínio. Sofremos preconceito político pelo mesmo, quando estávamos fazendo a mudança.
Nunca havia passado por nada parecido, não recomendo e não quero nem passar na frente!
Worst experience ever!
When you see the building the first impression is: good location, space of the apartment well distributed, few people in the condominium.
When you start to live with disorganization, lack of respect, inconsistency and prejudice, you just want to leave.
No notice is posted on the murals, there is no condominium meeting, you don't know anything ... the expense reports are inconsistent and the administrator does and undoes without informing anyone.
The caretaker agrees with all the omissions and disorganizations of the condominium. We suffered political prejudice for the same, when we were making the change.
I had never been through anything like it before, I don't recommend it and I don't even want to go ahead!
