★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência. Marquei horário com uma antecedência de quatro meses para um casamento que aconteceria às 10:30hs da manhã. Expliquei muito bem a situação e por ser um horário inusitado, fiz questão de marcar o primeiro horário para cabelo e maquiagem para mim e para minha tia com profissionais diferentes. No dia marcado, passaram outras pessoas na nossa frente mesmo com nós 2 insistindo que tínhamos marcado os primeiros horários. Conclusão: o casamento atrasou MUITO porque nós não chegamos a tempo... Detalhe importante: informamos a todo momento que minha tia era a MÃE do noivo e que eu era uma das madrinhas.
Enfim... Não recomendo a ninguém, já que não cumprem os horários combinados.
I had a bad experience. I made an appointment four months in advance for a wedding that would take place at 10:30 in the morning. I explained the situation very well and because it was an unusual time, I made sure to set the first time for hair and makeup for me and my aunt with different professionals. On the scheduled day, other people passed in front of us even with the 2 of us insisting that we had set the early times. Conclusion: The wedding was delayed A LOT because we did not arrive on time ... Important detail: We informed at all times that my aunt was the mother of the groom and that I was one of the bridesmaids.
Anyway ... I do not recommend it to anyone, as they do not meet the agreed times.

As recepcionistas sempre sorridentes e simpáticas, as vezes estou passando na rua em frente ao salão e elas me cumprimentam carinhosamente pelo vidro. A Bia faz a melhor maquiagem de JF, a Iara a melhor sobrancelha e a Lu faz a melhor unha! Amo amo amo!!
Apesar do preço ser um pouco salgado em alguns serviços oferecidos, acredito que este fator seja compensado pelo ambiente, localização e as profissionais competentes.
O único motivo pelo qual eu não dei 5 estrelas foi porque, após a saída do garçom (que saudade!), senti uma perda IMENSA em relação ao custo benefício que o serviço agregava.
The staff are lovely, starting with the reception. The receptionists are always smiling and friendly, sometimes I'm passing in the street in front of the hall and they greet me affectionately by the glass. Bia does the best JF makeup, Iara the best eyebrow and Lu does the best nail! Love love love!!
Although the price is a bit salty in some services offered, I believe this factor is offset by the environment, location and the competent professionals.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because, after the waiter left (I miss him!), I felt a huge loss on the cost-benefit that the service added.
