★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com a visita técnica agendada para 30/12, eles remarcaram para o dia 31/12 e tbm não foram ao local fazer o reparo de um fogão que esta na garantia. Simplesmente não atendem o WhatsApp e nem o telefone. Um péssimo atendimento com o cliente. Estarei ligando para a Brastemp enviar outra autorizada.
I had the technical visit scheduled for 12/30, they rescheduled for 12/31 and tbm did not go to the site to repair a stove that is under warranty. They simply do not answer WhatsApp or the phone. Bad customer service. I'll be calling Brastemp to send another authorized one.

Entrei em contato pedindo atendimento para o ar condicionado consul na época DENTRO DA GARANTIA
Fizeram a visita, condenaram o ar mandaram orçamento cobrando as peças, e por se tratar de uma POUSADA e por ser alta temporada e por compromisso com nossos hospedes, aceitei até mesmo em pagar, porém Ate na data de hoje estou com ar condicionado encostado na espera de uma solução
