★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um conjunto de R$260,00. A vendedora Anny prometeu um cropped de gola de brinde qual nunca chegou. (Aquele dia teve promoção: na compra de um conjunto vc leva um cropped de gola). Mandaram um cropped baratinho pequeno que nem posso levantar o braço porque sai o peito. O envio foi feito 5 dias após a compra mesmo q falei que estava saindo do país e q era bem importante mandar o produto rapidamente. A vendedora simplesmente não respondia as mensagens. O dono da loja ficou falando q quis resolver mas se fosse o caso tivesse mandado outro cropped pelo Sedex (pois estava saindo do país). Se não aquele brinde com certeza não tivesse comprado o conjunto, a qualidade dele não é de R$260,00. Acho ridículo o dono falar de Deus e tratar as clientes como se fossem burras. Ninguém vai botar a culpa em mim, pois o pagamento foi feito direitinho e vc seu caro não me banca. Tem que mandar o que promete e ponto final! Pra quem quiser a conversa entre mim e a loja fico a disposição.
I bought a set for R$260.00. Seller Anny promised a free cropped collar that never arrived. (That day there was a promotion: when you buy a set, you get a cropped collar). They sent a small cheap cropped that I can't even lift my arm because it comes out of my chest. The shipment was made 5 days after the purchase, even though I said I was leaving the country and that it was very important to send the product quickly. The seller simply did not respond to messages. The store owner kept saying that he wanted to solve it, but if that were the case, he would have sent another cropped by Sedex (because he was leaving the country). If not that gift, I certainly wouldn't have bought the set, its quality is not R$260.00. I think it's ridiculous for the owner to talk about God and treat his customers as if they were stupid. No one is going to blame me, because the payment was done right and you dear one can't afford it. You have to send what you promise, period! For those who want the conversation between me and the store, I am available.
