Atendimento lixo, descaso total. Não estão nem aí.
Pagamento foi feito online e ainda perdi dinheiro, pelo menos até o suporte do aplicativo me atender e resolver o problema.
Parabéns pelo estabelecimento, qualidade no atendimento e na entrega é o diferencial da empresa, que no caso desta, não existe.
Just 4 hours to get my order and as it was no surprise... It didn't come!
Junk care, total neglect. They don't care.
Payment was made online and I still lost money, at least until the app support answered me and fixed the problem.
Congratulations on the establishment, quality in service and delivery is the company's differential, which in this case does not exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood as 17 do dia 31/12, esperei o prazo para entrega e nada, mandei msg pelo app e nada, entrei no instagram e olhando os histories vi que oi lugar estaria fechado ( porem no app constava aberto ). Como ja havia feito o pedido e pago resolvi tentar cancelar, mas nao foi permitido, me colocaram para ligara para o lugar e nada. As 00;54 meu pedido foi atualizado no app como ENTREGUE, nao sai de casa, e nao me enviaram nada. Como vi também que o lugar estaria fechado no dia seguinte resolvi então esperar. No dia 2, onde ja estaria aberto o estabelecimento tornei e ligar e nada. Tive que sair de casa e ir até la tentar resolver pessoalmente, onde fui informado que o erro aconteceu nao só comigo que no dia seguinte ( 3/1 ) o valor seria estornado, voltei pra casa e até agora ( 4/01 ) nao vi mais meus 47 reais, tentei ligar novamente mas NINGUEM ATENDE, terei de voltar la para tentar resolver. (PROBLEMA RESOLVIDO APÓS QUASE TRES MESES DE ESPERA )
I placed an order through ifood at 5pm on 12/31, waited for the deadline for delivery and nothing, sent a message through the app and nothing, went to instagram and looking at the stories I saw that hi place would be closed (but the app said it was open). As I had already placed the order and paid, I decided to try to cancel, but it was not allowed, they put me to call the place and nothing. At 00:54 my order was updated in the app as DELIVERED, it doesn't leave the house, and they didn't send me anything. As I also saw that the place would be closed the next day I decided to wait. On the 2nd, when the establishment would already be open, I turned and called and nothing. I had to leave the house and go there to try to resolve it in person, where I was informed that the error happened not only to me that the next day (3/1) the amount would be refunded, I returned home and so far (4/01) I have not seen it. plus my 47 reais, I tried to call again but NO ONE ANSWERS, I'll have to go back there to try to solve it. (PROBLEM SOLVED AFTER ALMOST THREE MONTHS OF WAITING)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que pedimos no Making Burger. Os lanches e as batatas são deliciosos! Não mudaria absolutamente nada nas receitas e montagens deles.
Minha única decepção foi quanto aos mini-churros que não tem recheio algum. São massas cobertas de açúcar, canela e mais nada.
No mais, até o entregador é gentil e solícito.
It's not the first time we've ordered from Making Burger. Snacks and potatoes are delicious! I wouldn't change anything about their recipes and setups.
My only disappointment was the mini-churros that don't have any filling. They are pastries covered in sugar, cinnamon and nothing else.
In addition, even the delivery person is kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo iFood 2 lanches pão carne e queijo. Os 2 lanches vieram errados, com ingredientes que eu não como. Tive que jogar o lanche no lixo.
Tentei ligar e mandar mensagem, mas o contato com eles é simplesmente impossível. Não respondem WhatsApp, nem atendem telefone.
Fiquei com o prejuízo e ainda com fome.
I ordered for iFood 2 snacks bread meat and cheese. The 2 snacks came wrong, with ingredients that I don't eat. I had to throw the lunch in the trash.
I've tried calling and texting, but contacting them is simply impossible. They don't answer WhatsApp or answer the phone.
I was hurt and still hungry.
