★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária que tem até imóveis bons pelo Ipiranga e antes de fechar negócio até tenta bastante te ajudar. Pena que a recepcionista (assim como já falado em outros comentários) é péssima, o atendimento por telefone é péssimo ela não sabe de nada e nunca quer ajudar, além claro de ficar no celular pessoal enquanto deveria atender clientes. Chega a ser triste. Até um contrato super velho não querem atualizar, pra tudo é uma dificuldade. Não tem também opção de depósito. Você tem que ir lá todo mês (detalhe: não abre de sábado, não ficam até pós horário comercial, é das 9h às 18h), ou pedir um boleto que demora pra chegar na casa (depois que pagou um mês pessoalmente, claro). Se a casa não fosse realmente boa, com toda certeza eu não ficaria nessa imobiliária. Extremamente chateada por sempre ter dor de cabeça, acho que o dono desta empresa deveria tomar alguma atitude..
Real estate that has even good properties by Ipiranga and before closing deal even tries hard to help you. Too bad the receptionist (as already mentioned in other reviews) is terrible, the phone service is terrible she knows nothing and never wants to help, and of course to stay on personal cell phone while it should serve customers. It gets to be sad. Even a super old contract does not want to update, for everything is a difficulty. There is also no deposit option. You have to go there every month (detail: it does not open Saturday, they do not stay until after business hours, it is from 9h to 18h), or ask for a ticket that takes time to get home (after you paid a month in person, of course). If the house wasn't really good, I wouldn't be in this real estate for sure. Extremely upset about always having a headache, I think the owner of this company should take some action.

Encerrei meu contrato de locação janeiro, com a vistoria Ok e até agora março não recebi o retorno do depósito.
