★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, não gostei do atendimento da loja, assim que cheguei perguntei o preço do item que eu estava a procura, e a pessoa que me atendeu simplesmente respondeu: é X, porque só fazemos esse item acima de 5 peças (eu perguntei o preço de duas peças). Logo após se direcionou novamente a um outro cliente que a mesma já estava atendendo. Eu iria fechar a compra pois apesar de ter sido atendido sem muita atenção o preço era em conta porém, parei e pensei “prefiro pagar mais caro e ser atendido bem que pagar mais barato e ser atendido na forma como eu estava sendo atendido”. Iria fazer o fardamento da minha empresa, só que pela maneira como me atenderam eu desistir.
Meu concelho a loja é: recebam os seus clientes bem e com atenção.
Hello, I didn't like the service at the store, as soon as I arrived I asked the price of the item I was looking for, and the person who answered me simply replied: it's X, because we only make this item over 5 pieces (I asked the price of two pieces). Soon after, he went again to another customer that she was already attending. I would close the purchase because despite having been attended without much attention the price was taken into account however, I stopped and thought “I prefer to pay more and be served well than to pay cheaper and be served in the way I was being served”. I was going to do my company uniform, only because of the way I was treated, I gave up.
My advice to the store is: welcome your customers well and attentively.
