★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os lanches são bons mas nunca tive a oportunidade de comê-los quentes pois sempre demoram HORAS para entregar. A batata chegou murcha, lanche super frio, e eles não dão retorno quando demora para ser enviado.
The snacks are good but I never had the opportunity to eat them hot as they always take HOURS to deliver. The potato arrived withered, a super cold snack, and they do not give back when it takes time to be sent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o que aconteceu, no início tudo era perfeito... Agora já é a segunda vez que passo raiva, os pedidos demoram demais! A carne estava horrível, a batata murcha, o sorvete derretido! Fui dar uma segunda chance para o estabelecimento e estou 1:30 esperando um lanche chegar, sendo que moro 15 minutos de distância do lugar. Nunca mais!!!
I don't know what happened, in the beginning everything was perfect... Now it's the second time I get angry, requests take too long! The meat was horrible, the potato withered, the ice cream melted! I went to give the establishment a second chance and I'm at 1:30 am waiting for a snack to arrive, since I live 15 minutes away from the place. Never!!!

Chegamos eu, esposa e filho para lanchar, o estabelecimento vazio por sinal, atendentes nos viram e deixaram de lado onde ficamos esperando por cerca de 20 minutos ou mais. Aí que decidi me retirar do local, saímos totalmente insatisfeitos e acabei derrubando uma cadeira ainda. Fui a outra lanchonete @servidãolanches e com menos de 2 minutos fomos atendidos e os lanches também saíram bem rápido. Estou dando uma estrela porque se tivesse opção de dar negativas eu daria umas 100.
Horrible experience. I arrived, wife and son for a snack, the establishment was empty by the way, attendants saw us and left where we were waiting for about 20 minutes or more. Then I decided to leave the place, we left totally dissatisfied and I ended up knocking over a chair. I went to another snack bar @servidãolanches and in less than 2 minutes we were served and the snacks also came out very quickly. I'm giving a star because if I had the option to give negatives I would give 100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento demorou um pouco pelo fato da loja está lotada, é claro que entendemos, vimos o esforço dos garçons em atender a todos. Gosto muito do ambiente, as porções são bem servidas e o filé de tilápia estava maravilhoso. Sempre vou com minha família pq acho o preço justo comparado a muitos lugares de Laranjeiras ou Vitória que servem a mesma coisa mas 3 vezes mais caro. Dica: coloca o petit gateou novamente no cardápio por favor.
The service took a while because the store is full, of course we understand, we saw the effort of the waiters to serve everyone. I really like the atmosphere, the portions are well served and the tilapia fillet was wonderful. I always go with my family because I think the price is fair compared to many places in Laranjeiras or Vitória that serve the same thing but 3 times more expensive. Tip: put the petit gateou back on the menu, please.
