★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pedidos demoram muito, ainda mais pelo delivery. Anotaram meu pedido errado, veio só a metade, fui reclamar a atendente falou que anotou errado, mas estava escrito (bem explicado) pelo whatsapp.
Mandou o pedido incompleto, mas na hora de cobrar, cobrou o valor do lanche completo. Quando reclamei, a atendente simplesmente mandou eu esperar, enquanto isso meu pedido, teve que esfriar em casa. Não demostram nenhum vontade em solucionar o problema do cliente, em mudar a opinião negativa do cliente. Não é a primeira vez, que fui mal atendido. Realmente a qualidade caiu muito. E pelo que vi, o feedback do propietário, só ocorre quando as avaliações do cliente são positivas. Falta de respeito, com quem está pagando, e não está pagando barato.
 Orders take a long time, even longer for delivery. They wrote down my wrong order, only half of it came, I went to complain, the attendant said that it was wrong, but it was written (well explained) by whatsapp.
He sent the order incomplete, but when it was time to collect, he charged the value of the full lunch. When I complained, the attendant simply told me to wait, while my order had to cool down at home. They do not show any willingness to solve the customer's problem, to change the customer's negative opinion. It's not the first time I've been underserved. The quality really dropped a lot. And from what I saw, the owner's feedback only occurs when the customer's ratings are positive. Lack of respect, who is paying, and who is not paying cheap.
