$ 83,50, o Pet Sitter foi pegar a medicação e entregaram uma caixa de 50gr com apenas 30 tablts. Me sentir enganada e tomei prejuízo financeiro, emocional, de tempo e fisico, pois, tratamento do meu dog estaria concluído, se eles não tivessem feito a entrega do medicamento com metade dos comprimidos (30) e a gramas do a menor (52,5), sem se preocupar com a saúde do pet. Apos mais de 15 dias de espera por uma solução, tive que insistir cobrando um retorno...Simplesmente me disseram que a administradora, que não fala com você, disse: que eu teria apenas um crédito de 14,64, para usar na próxima compra...($ 83,50).
Absurd! The way we are treated in this clinic: I bought a 100gr box of Promun dog with 60 tablets by WhatsApp.
$83.50, the Pet Sitter went to get the medication and they delivered a 50gr box with only 30 tablts. I felt cheated and took financial, emotional, time and physical damage, because the treatment of my dog would have been completed, if they had not delivered the medication with half the pills (30) and the smallest grams (52.5 ), without worrying about the health of the pet. After more than 15 days of waiting for a solution, I had to insist on charging a return... I was simply told that the administrator, who does not speak to you, said: that I would only have a credit of 14.64, to use next time purchase...($83.50).
