Mandei meus três cachorros para lá e pedi para fazer uma tosa higiênica no meu cachorro e quando eles chegaram nem parece vinheram do banho e meu cachorro todo pelado com uma tosa super mal feita . Liguei para lá e eles ainda vinheram dizer que a culpa foi minha .
 I had a terrible experience ... not indicate to anyone. I sent my three dogs there and asked to make a hygienic grooming on my dog and when they arrived or seems vinheram bath and my dog around naked with a super bad grooming made. I called there and they vinheram still say that it was my fault.

Eles não sabem pegar o animal e tive invadir a sala e arrancar minha cachorra da mão da tozadoura que foi cortar a unha dela e minha cachorra gritava de dor!
Nunca mais! Jamais usem o banho e toza deste lugar que tratam nossos cachorros como um objeto!
This Pet shop is a butcher shop!
They don't know how to catch the animal and I had to invade the room and take my dog from the hand of the tozadoura that went to cut her nail and my dog screamed in pain!
Never! Never use the bath and beauty of this place that treat our dogs like an object!

Creio ser uma ótima opção pra quem mora no entorno da Av. Santa Catarina que fica próximo ao Terminal Jabaquara - Sp... sendo boa sua localização.
