Cheguei às 18:00 na pizzaria, só fui receber a primeira pizza do rodízio as 18:45, quase estava indo embora. As pizzas demoram muito pra sair e olhe que estava vazio. Pizzas são boas mas a demora de uma pra outra é absurda.
I arrived at 18:00 at the pizzeria, I only got the first pizza from the carvery at 6:45 pm, I was almost leaving. The pizzas take a long time to come out and look that it was empty. Pizzas are good but the delay from one to the other is absurd.

Pizza maravilhosa. O atendimento é incrível e o dono é bastante solicito. Faz tempo que não vejo um atendimento assim. Vejo isso também na hamburgueria Brutus, na Pituba. Por mais lugares com esse atendimento e qualidade em Salvador.

Precisa melhorar muito o atendimento por telefone. Atendente extremamente grosso e despreparado para lidar com clientes. Era cliente fiel dessa pizzaria, sempre pedindo pelo IFood. Hoje tive a péssima experiência de ligar diretamente para o restaurante e ser super mal atendido. Nunca mais compro uma azeitona sequer. Melhorem

Detestei o atendimento e a pizza NÃO INDICO O ESTABELECIMENTO. Primeiro tive que implorar pra funcionária abrir a porta, visto que, a mesma fica trancada por causa dos índices de assaltos na região. Sentamos em uma mesa, mas não fomos atendidos para fazer o pedido, tive que ir fazer no balcão enquanto as duas funcionárias ficavam conversando com os motoboys (entregadores do delivery). A pizza estava fria e praticamente sem queijo. Pedi que esquentasse a pizza, mas retornou para a mesa mais fria ainda. Não bastasse, pedimos um suco que não chegou a mesa em tempo hábil de consumir com a pizza. Por fim, tivemos que levantar para pedir a conta e ainda escutamos deboche da funcionária. Estou me sentindo extremamente incomodada, pq o que era pra ter sido uma diversão se transformou em um enorme transtorno. Faço essa reclamação para que o proprietário tenha conhecimento da falta de capacidade das suas duas funcionárias.

We sat at a table, but we were not served to place the order, I had to go to the counter while the two employees were talking to the motoboys (delivery couriers). The pizza was cold and practically cheese-free. I asked him to heat up the pizza, but returned to the even colder table. As if that weren't enough, we ordered a juice that didn't arrive on the table in time to consume with the pizza. Finally, we had to get up to ask for the bill and we still heard debauchery from the employee. I'm feeling extremely uncomfortable, because what was supposed to be fun turned into a huge inconvenience. I make this complaint so that the owner is aware of the lack of capacity of his two employees.

O Gerente Nelson é exatamente mal educado, após ligar para saber do atraso, foi grosseiro dizendo que todos os pedidos chegaram ao mesmo tempo e que tivesse paciênte que iam entregar no tempo deles. Absurdo, não recomendo a ninguém. Primeira vez e com certeza a última. Tentei cancelar o pedido porém, foi recusado.
Manager Nelson is exactly rude, after calling to find out about the delay, he was rude saying that all orders arrived at the same time and that he was patient that they were going to deliver in their time. Absurd, I don't recommend it to anyone. First time and certainly the last. I tried to cancel the order but it was refused.

O atendimento pelo telefone foi ótimo, o motoboy era bem atencioso e a pizza estava excelente, muito boa mesmo, veio bem recheada (muito bem) e estava super deliciosa, uma das melhores pizza que já comi.

Toda semana pedia uma pizza e até então era bem atendido pelo dono. A funcionária que me atendeu nessa sexta feira dia 14 de maio, mandou pro endereço errado e quando foi percebido o erro quis aumentar a taxa de entrega para entregar a pizza fria . Até entoa iria receber a pizza numa boa mas não aceitei pagar mais pela entrega. Por causa de 4 reais ela preferiu perder o cliente e perder a pizza... A nao ser que tenham requentado e enviado pra outro cliente. Decepção total depois de esperar 1 hora e ficar morrendo de fome.

Compramos uma pizza grande no final do expediente de um Domingo e foi péssimo porque no segundo pedaço eu e minha mãe de 74 anos começamos a passar mal, com fortes dores abdominais. No dia seguinte comuniquei a atendente da loja que ficou de Informa ao dono , a mesma disse que passou o meu contato para o dono da loja mas ele nunca me ligou . Eu comprei medicamentos para mim e minha mãe para trata a diarreia. Pagamos R$ 50 reais numa pizza muito mal montada, estragada, gastamos com remédios e nem um pedido de desculpa nos foi dado. Tenham medo de comprar pizza nesse lugar. Pq se vc passar mal eles não iram te procura. Pessima pizzaria, preço alto , sem qualidade e sem código de ética e respeito aos clientes.
