★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienca pessima com a programação o ônibus estava mal conservado quase caiu o estepe e coloco os passageiros em perigo. O motorista foi otimo. Mal planejamento nos contratar os guias e os valores absurdos comparados com as outras agência.
Poor experience with the schedule, the bus was poorly maintained, the spare tire almost fell and I put the passengers in danger. The driver was great. Poorly planning to hire us the guides and the absurd values compared to the other agencies.

Os funcionários trabalham sempre procurando atender da melhor forma as expectativas dos clientes. Sempre selecionam guias capacitados para acompanhar os grupos durante as viagens.
Manchester is an excellent Operator, works with Senior groups and others and always follows the scripts. Some unforeseen events happen that are beyond the company's purview. Employees always work to best meet customer expectations. They always select trained guides to accompany the groups while traveling.

I was on an excursion to Piracicaba and Aguas de São Pedro during Carnival, it was the first time on an excursion and my experience was great .. punctuality .. everything proposed was accomplished .. good hotel .. very good bus and excellent guide and driver very attentive to everyone .. congratulations I will make others for sure !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O grupo esperava um ônibus com condições ideais para uma viagem longa, de mais 8 horas como tinha informado a agencia, mais não! O ônibus não estava preparado para o roteiro previsto, as poltronas não tinha o conforto ideal para a duração da viagem e o estado geral do ônibus não era boa, por causa desta ma conservação, furou um pneu na ida e por sorte achamos na madrugada um borracheiro e no dia seguinte o estepe quase caio e colocou a vida dos pasagueiros em risco, também e de colocar que a agencia não completou ou kit lanche deixando o motorista e um PAC sem comer . O profissionalismo e delicadeza do motorista foram ótimos. Encontramos-nos com o guia Vicente ( o verdadeiro) outro B_O do mal planejamento e profissionalismo da agencia Manchester errou ou guia local colocando um supostos guia sem credencial criando uma confusão no ponto do encontro.
The group was waiting for a bus with ideal conditions for a long trip, of 8 hours more as they had informed the agency, but no! The bus was not prepared for the planned itinerary, the seats did not have the ideal comfort for the duration of the trip and the general condition of the bus was not good, because of this poor maintenance, a flat tire was lost on the way and luckily we found one at dawn tire and the next day the spare tire almost fell and put the lives of passengers at risk, too and to put that the agency did not complete or snack kit leaving the driver and a PAC without eating. The professionalism and delicacy of the driver were great. We met with the guide Vicente (the real one), another B_O of the poor planning and professionalism of the Manchester agency, who was wrong or a local guide, placing a supposed guide without credentials creating confusion at the meeting point.
