★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. .. espera e espera, quando atendido, transferir para outro atendente por duas (2) vezes , quando atendido transferir pra outra loja, so pode ser brincadeira. .. uma simples compra de fonte por telefone. .. no mundo corriqueiro de hoje a agilidade é o segredo dos negócios! Fica a dica!
Horrible service. .. wait and wait, when answered, transfer to another attendant for two (2) times, when answered transfer to another store, it can only be a joke. .. a simple font purchase over the phone. .. in today's everyday world, agility is the secret of business! Here's the tip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefônico. Um mesmo número para diversas lojas que vendem equipamentos diferentes. Me transferiram 3 vezes para o departamento de vendas, sendo que nenhum era da loja Manchete. Por fim acho que nem eles sabiam o número e desligaram o telefone na minha cara. Sem contar a voz de "boa vontade" dos que atenderam as ligações ... Nem parece que o Brasil está com 13 milhões de desempregados...
Não sei se pessoalmente a loja presta, mas definitivamente a impressão deixada por telefone foi das piores.
Terrible phone service. Same number for several stores that sell different equipments. I was transferred 3 times to the sales department, none of which was from the Manchete store. At last I think they did not even know the number and they hung up the phone in my face. Not to mention the "goodwill" voice of those who attended the calls ... It does not seem that Brazil has 13 million unemployed ...
I do not know if the store lends itself, but definitely the impression left over by phone was the worst.
