★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao contrário da grande maioria que está satisfeito e elogiando o trabalho da Mandala, minha primeira experiência esta sendo uma decepção, dois embarques que fiz para o interior de Minas por infelicidade de minha escolha estou tendo um problema gigantesco desde o dia 16/02/2022.
Unlike the vast majority who are satisfied and praising Mandala's work, my first experience has been a disappointment, two shipments I made to the interior of Minas, unfortunately, I'm having a huge problem since 02/16/2022 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um móvel na loja Osvaldo Antiguidades, houve apenas uma tentativa de entrega durante um período que eu estava viajando (apesar de ter comunicado na nota para me ligarem antes de sair em rota para a entrega) e foi o maior transtorno para conseguir nova data. Tentaram me cobrar uma nova entrega. Finalmente hoje foi possível entregar, mas olha só o dano no móvel, apesar de ter sido muito bem embalado. Serviço decepcionante. Parece até que foi maldade.
I bought a piece of furniture at the Osvaldo Antiguidades store, there was only one delivery attempt during a period I was traveling (despite having communicated in the note to call me before leaving for delivery) and it was the biggest inconvenience to get a new date. They tried to charge me for a new delivery. Finally today it was possible to deliver, but look at the damage to the furniture, despite having been very well packed. Disappointing service. It looks like it was evil.
