★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O apartamento em si é muito bom, o condomínio em geral sim, porém moradores (não todos) extremamente mau educados, não seguem as regras internas e pior, o síndico que se considera o dono do condomínio, sem capacidade nenhuma de gerenciamento e administração participa das irregularidades, juntamente com uma meia dúzia de moradores (panelinha) podem tudo e não são punidos em nada. Sou morador, e vivencio isso todos os dias infelizmente. A segurança também é bem falha, pois além de não ter câmeras em todo o condomínio, a portaria também é conivente em muitas situações....
