O condomínio possui garagem, academia e piscina (que a subsíndica do momento implica com o uso quando quer ir com amigos)
The apartment I know is a bedroom and living room, but very nice.
The condominium has a garage, gym and swimming pool (which the current subsidiary implies with use when you want to go with friends)

O condomínio muito bem cuidado,os funcionários excelentes e ainda temos serviços de camareira e um restaurante adorável.Os apartamentos muito bem divididos, um quarto e sala amplo.Na Pituba perto da praia e ainda temos uma pracinha arborizada bem na frente para fazer caminhada, rua super tranquila.
I love the condo!!!! I have a friend who lives there, I think the location is great. The condo is very well maintained, the staff are excellent and we also have maid services and a lovely restaurant. The apartments are very well divided, one bedroom and a large living room. In Pituba, close to the beach, we also have a small wooded square right in front for walking, super quiet street.
