★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido e o prazo informado pra produzir era de 5 dias úteis. Hoje faz 10 dias úteis que estou aguardando, por erro deles me enviaram somente 1 produto (eu paguei por 10). Meus clientes estão me cobrando, eu entro em contato com a empresa e não tenho respostas objetivas. O telefone não atende. Eu, cliente, preciso ficar todos os dias atrás, perguntando "e aí? e o meu pedido?", implorando por um posicionamento da empresa, porque ninguém toma iniciativa de me atualizar ou resolver o caso. Há dias dizem que meu pedido será enviado mas não dão datas, nem código de rastreio, nada, só respostas vazias. Hoje após novamente procurar o Arthur pela décima vez, ele me informou que seria enviado hoje, pedi pra ser Sedex pq está muito atrasado, e apesar de já ter sido lesada pelo prazo estourado, me disse que eu precisaria pagar a diferença pq o Sedex é mais caro. Mesmo não concordando, pq creio que nesse caso a empresa teve culpa do atraso e não eu, pra não me estressar, paguei imediatamente a diferença e pedi por favor pra que ele me enviasse AINDA HOJE o código de rastreio pra que eu atualizasse meus clientes que estão aguardando. Tudo isso, até esse momento, com toda a paciência e educação. São 19h, o expediente já encerrou e estou aqui mais uma vez sem resposta, sem código, sem o dinheiro que paguei pra vir mais rápido e sem o produto. É uma pena pois pretendia continuar a parceria, sempre preciso desses serviços, porém o atendimento e o comprometimento da empresa com o cliente é lastimável. Só dor de cabeça.
I placed an order and the deadline informed to produce was 5 working days. Today it's been 10 working days that I'm waiting for, due to their error they sent me only 1 product (I paid for 10). My customers are charging me, I contact the company and I have no objective answers. The phone does not answer. I, the client, need to stay every day ago, asking "so what? And my order?", Begging for a positioning of the company, because nobody takes the initiative to update me or solve the case. Some days ago they say that my order will be sent but they do not give dates, nor a tracking code, nothing, just empty answers. Today after looking for Arthur again for the tenth time, he informed me that he would be sent today, I asked to be Sedex because he is very late, and although he was already injured by the deadline, he told me that I would need to pay the difference because the Sedex is more expensive. Even not agreeing, because I believe that in this case the company was to blame for the delay and not me, so as not to stress me, I immediately paid the difference and asked him to send me the tracking code TODAY TODAY so that I could update my clients that are waiting. All this, until that moment, with all patience and education. It's 7 pm, the office hours are over and I'm here again without an answer, without a code, without the money I paid to come faster and without the product. It is a pity because I intended to continue the partnership, I always need these services, but the service and commitment of the company to the customer is regrettable. Just a headache.
