Ao chegar para o atendimento fui informada que houve uma confusão na agenda e que eu não poderia ser atendida, que entrariam em contato para marcar um novo horário. Eu queria muito saber pq não me avisaram da confusão antes de eu sair de casa? Só descobriram a confusão quando me viram? O descaso foi tanto, que nem ligaram para marcar outro horário. Descaso com o consumidor.
I had an appointment and received a message saying that I had opened the agenda and if I wanted to advance the appointment, I agreed. Upon arriving for the appointment I was informed that there was a confusion in the agenda and that I could not be attended, that they would contact me to make a new appointment. I really wanted to know why they didn't warn me about the confusion before I left the house? Did they only discover confusion when they saw me? The neglect was so great that they didn't even call to make another appointment. Negligence with the consumer.
