★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedimos uma pizza e veio outra, tinha um CABELOOO, na minha pizza...e o mínimo que eles poderiam fazer era nos dar um desconto pelos ocorridos, mas NÃO, o cara ainda falou q não ia nos dar o desconto e que já tinha perdido meia pizza por nossa causa, mas a culpa do erro no pedido foi DELES... Absurdo???
Bad service, we ordered a pizza and another came, there was a HAIR, on my pizza ... and the least they could do was give us a discount for what happened, but NO, the guy still said he wasn't going to give us the discount and who had already lost half a pizza because of us, but they were to blame for the error in their order ... Absurd???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento +ou-, tivemos uma surpresa no pagamento com o dono do estabelecimento, nos cobrou valores acima em que constava no cardápio, reclamamos com o mesmo, ele disse que os preços do cardápio estava errado, mas não procura corrigir, quer dizer vc pede algo do cardápio em que o mesmo lhe entrega sem avisar nada, e depois na hora do pagamento vem as surpresas, além do mais, ele cobra 10% na conta!!!
Não recomendaria este estabelecimento!!

Service + or-, we had a surprise payment with the owner of the establishment, charged us above what was on the menu, we complained with the same, he said that the menu prices were wrong, but does not try to correct, I mean you ask something from the menu where it is delivered without warning, and then at the time of payment comes the surprises, besides, he charges 10% on the bill !!!
I would not recommend this establishment !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento tipicamente capixaba. Acredito ser a dona do estabelecimento com cara de poucos amigos, nao sabem recepcionar quem entra com educação e simpatia. Na hora de pagar a conta e ir para o caixa, parecia estar fazendo um favor. A unica boa recepção foi de uma senhora que se encontrava na cozinha, acredito ser a avó, essa sim sabe receber clientes. Comida saborosa, lugar amplo, mas se for por conta da recepção, não da vontade de voltar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito triste, hoje fui no estabelecimento lindo o lugar porem, pedi uma pizza com a restrição (sem mussarela) pois "tenho intolerância", cheguei na pousada e tinha a bendita mussarela, chateada nem comi ??
