Estou extremamente triste e decepcionada, o atendimento foi péssimo, desde o whatsapp até a loja física, aparentemente elas só tem consideração e tratam bem só se for "clientes" que podem trazer views para loja. Queria saber qual é a diferença entre o meu e o dinheiro dessas blogueirinha? Enfim, as roupas são lindas mas existem um milhão de lojas com a mesma pegada e q fazem questão dos clientes. Não compro mais!!!!
I was super excited to buy some clothes at this store, I bought it on the website and took it out. I am extremely sad and disappointed, the service was terrible, from whatsapp to the physical store, apparently they only have consideration and treat well only if they are "customers" who can bring views to the store. I was wondering what is the difference between mine and the money of these bloggers? Anyway, the clothes are beautiful but there are a million stores with the same footprint and that insist on customers. I don't buy anymore !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por muito tempo eu namorei as peças da loja, e quando finalmente pude comprar me frustrei. Comprei um kimono antes da pandemia, que considero bem caro, e não tive oportunidade de usar. Quando finalmente usei a peça ela rasgou de me mexer, e não foi nenhum movimento brusco nem nada, eu estiquei um braço e a peça que estava bem folgada rasgou mas costas. Descobri mais tarde que foi um defeito de fabricação, mas devido ao tempo de compra a loja não pode fazer nada. Não recomendo pra ninguém que não queira pagar caro por um produto e talvez se decepcionar com a qualidade.
