Muito chateada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e muita má vontade para atender! Estive no local para fazer um orçamento e fui informada que pelo meu nome poderia manipular o medicamento. Infelizmente perdi a receita e liguei para fazer a solicitação e informaram que sem número de pedido (número esse que não me forneceram) e sem a receita, não tem como localizar o orçamento. Como é que na época de hoje, que tudo é informatizado, não consegue os dados de um cliente? Uma vez que em outras empresas do mesmo segmento, eles já tem toda informação do paciente, sem precisar ter esse transtorno?! Se quiserem fidelizar clientes, melhorem o atendimento, unifiquem as informações e sejam mais solícitos.
Bad service and a lot of bad will to attend! I was there to make a budget and was told that by my name I could handle the medicine. Unfortunately I lost the recipe and called to make the request and they informed that without order number (number that they did not provide me) and without the recipe, there is no way to find the budget. How is it that today, when everything is computerized, you can't get a customer's data? Since in other companies in the same segment, they already have all the patient information, without having to have this disorder ?! If you want to retain customers, improve service, unify information and be more helpful.
