Há anos manipulo os medicamentos para meu Pets em formato de biscoito e em cápsulas de uso continuo e meus pets estão muito bem. Os preços são bons, pois, no meu caso, os mesmos medicamentos comprados em farmácia veterinária estão mais caros que os manipulados pela Manifranca Vet além de não serem produzidos em formato de biscoitinho palatável. Meus pets são difíceis de medicar, e com o biscoitinho, eles comem sem problemas. E também tem entregas em domicilio e os pedidos podem ser feitos via WhatsApp. Recomendo.
Great service, very personalized. There is no parking, but the products are very good. For years I have been handling the medications for my Pets in a biscuit format and in continuous use capsules and my pets are doing very well. The prices are good, because, in my case, the same drugs bought at a veterinary pharmacy are more expensive than those handled by Manifranca Vet, besides not being produced in a palatable cookie format. My pets are difficult to medicate, and with the cookie, they eat without problems. It also has home deliveries and orders can be placed via WhatsApp. I recommend.

Terrible! They don't deliver the medication and say it delivered! When you ask for the medication it's an endless hassle, they say several times that it's mandatory to deliver the prescription to the motoboy, now I have the prescription in my hand and without the medication and the motoboy says it's delivered!! total neglect

Solicitei na quarta um remédio que minha cachorra faz uso contínuo, me disseram que entregariam na quinta ate o fim do dia e não aconteceu, no dia seguinte disseram que entregariam o quanto antes mas tbm não entregaram nada. Entrei em contato no sábado e disseram que não tinham como saber horário de entrega e que estava com o motoboy terceirizado, mas que me garantiam que seria entregue no dia com certeza e claro que não foi entregue. Não recomendo pela falta de comprometimento na entrega, nem mesmo me avisaram que iria demorar, apenas disseram algo pq eu procurei eles pra pedir uma satisfação. Em nenhum momento disseram de devolver o dinheiro ou fazer um novo remédio para que eu retirasse na loja.
First and last time I order a medicine from them. On Wednesday I requested a medicine that my dog uses continuously, they told me they would deliver on Thursday until the end of the day and it didn't happen, the next day they said they would deliver as soon as possible but they didn't deliver anything either. I got in touch on Saturday and they said they had no way of knowing the delivery time and that I was with the outsourced motoboy, but they assured me that it would be delivered on the day for sure and of course it was not delivered. I don't recommend it due to the lack of commitment to delivery, they didn't even warn me that it would take time, they just said something because I looked for them to ask for satisfaction. At no time did they say to return the money or make a new medicine for me to pick up at the store.
