Na segunda, a previsão de entrega era de 50 min e a pizza só foi entregue duas horas após a confirmação do pedido. À chegada, o pedido veio trocado. Não houve, por parte da loja, sugestão de troca do produto ou de reembolso, quer pelo pedido trocado, quer pela demora na entrega. Uma pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu esposo ainda estamos pasmo com tamanha dedicação, embora tenha faltado os anéis de cebola no combo, impossível não perdoar pois estava tudo muito bem caprichado, bem saboroso, bem generoso, além de que foram bem ágeis no preparo e entrega e gente um dos preços mais honestos que vi. Parabéns a equipe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente existem pessoas que tem emprego e não são dignos de exercerem a função , o principal no comércio é o atendimento e a qualidade do produto .Nessa empresa eu conheci um bom produto mais o atendimento sempre deixou a desejar não sei se o proprietário está a par dos acontecimentos caso não esteja observe com carinho para a sua firma progredir.Paz e Bem.

Imagine uma pizza depois de três dias, pois bem, foi isso que foi entregue.
NÃO COMPRE NADA, NEM ÁGUA, POIS ELES DEVEM CONSEGUIR ENTRAGAR ATÉ ÁGUA.
É que o interesse maior dos funcionários seja a final do Brasileirão, enquanto terei que jogar fora isso que foi entregue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a pizza de x-tudo e de acordo com o cardapio vinha bacon, calabresa, presunto, queijo, ovo, hamburguer, mussarela e azeitona.
E essa foi a pizza que recebi. Fria, com massa dura e seca. Uma pizza que entala e uma massa gruda no ceu da boca.
Recebi e mandei msg pro atendimento e fui ignorada. A atendente falou que tinha calabresa, sim e estava embaixo da batata palha. Fiz um video mostrando que não e depois disso passei a ser ignorada. A empresa não responde o whatsapp, nem atende as ligações. Não se mostrou disposta a enviar outra pizza ou extornar o valor pago.
FICA A FRUSTRAÇÃO!
