★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo , espaço muito lindo porém a dona da casa é totalmente desequilibrada ! No final entregamos o espaço todo limpo e a mesma disse que não estava e que no chão tinha comida no momento da vistoria . Pagamos 3 pessoas para limpar o espaço e na hora da vistoria ela surtou dizendo que estava sujo e que quebramos os móveis,lembrando que os móveis são todos velhos e que já não dá mais pra usar ... Enfim , se eu tivesse vindo aqui antes e visto esses comentários não alugaria e não faria minha festa lá . Ela ficou com a metade do calção e disse que não iria me devolver ... Não aluguem ela é louca , tem problemas mentais , e não respeita os convidados. Graças a Deus a confusão só foi no final , no outro dia ,e durante a minha festa ela tentou fazer algo , mas graças a Deus meus convidados viram que ela era desequilibrada e não falaram nada . .. enfim , deixo aqui minha insatisfação! Não aluguem ,a casa não é dela ,ela se transforma após o pagamento e gosta de ficar com o calção das pessoas !!
 I do not recommend, very beautiful space but the owner of the house is totally unbalanced! In the end, we delivered the entire space clean and she said she wasn't there and that there was food on the floor at the time of the inspection. We paid 3 people to clean the space and at the time of the inspection she freaked out saying that it was dirty and that we broke the furniture, remembering that the furniture is all old and that it is no longer usable... Anyway, if I had come here sooner and seeing these comments I wouldn't rent and I wouldn't have my party there. She kept half of the shorts and said she wouldn't give them back... Don't rent them, she's crazy, has mental problems, and doesn't respect the guests. Thank God the confusion was only at the end, the other day, and during my party she tried to do something, but thank God my guests saw that she was unbalanced and didn't say anything. .. anyway, I leave here my dissatisfaction! Don't rent, it's not her house, she transforms after payment and likes to keep people's shorts!!
