O rodízio de massas, nunca tem pizza suficiente, vc espera em torno de 2 hrs pra comer 2, 3 fatias(Já tentei umas 3 oportunidades e todas foram da mesma forma). Hoje minha experiência negativa foi com o delivery. Pedi pelo aplicativo, e após 1 hr e 15 min de espera liguei e a resposta que recebi foi: "senhor, sua pizza nem começou a ser feita, ainda tem 9 na frente, se quiser mando uma aqui, o cliente cancelou, porém não é o sabor que o senhor pediu". Olha, uma sugestão, não ofertem se não tem capacidade de atender! O processo de experiência do cliente é muito complexo e uma experiência negativa marca por muito tempo!
The restaurant has serious issues with customer commitment. The all-you-can-eat pasta never has enough pizza, you wait around 2 hrs to eat 2, 3 slices (I've tried about 3 opportunities and all were the same). Today my negative experience was with the delivery. I asked for the app, and after 1 hr and 15 min of waiting I called and the answer I got was: "sir, your pizza hasn't even started to be made, there are still 9 in front, if you want I'll send one here, the customer canceled, but no is the flavor you asked for". Look, a suggestion, don't offer if you don't have the ability to answer! The customer experience process is very complex and a negative experience marks for a long time!

Durante a semana tem Buffet variado, a noite alguns dias tem rodizio de pizzas e massas. Atendimento excelente, índico o garçom Claudio.
Amei o petit gateau, MARAVILHOSO.
A Salada a Moda Mansão vale a pena experimentar.

Restaurant and Forneria Mansion, well decorated place.
During the week there is a varied buffet, at night some days there is a rotation of pizza and pasta. Excellent service, indicated by the waiter Claudio.
I loved the petit gateau, WONDERFUL.
The Salad a Moda Mansão is worth trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ser cozinheiro compreendo a complexidade de determinados pratos, contudo uma simples milanesa de filé de peito de frango não conseguiu atender a minhas expectativas, o frango não havia sido pré temperado e havia um leve odor e sabor insípido, o espaguete com molho de tomate tradicional, rústico, estava com a massa sem sal e o molho doce de mais. Compreendemos que a massa deva ser cozida em água salgada e escorrida, por mais que o molho não deva ser salgado, não pode em hipótese alguma ser servido sem sal, considerando uma vez que o uso do açúcar pra redução de acidez do tomate se faça necessária. Lamento fazer uma avaliação tão rigorosa, porém, o que salvou minha refeição foi o purê de batatas e o arroz branco. Lamento ser tão duro em minha avaliação, contudo minhas recomendações são as mais clássicas.
- Que se experimente tudo que for pras mesas antes de servir
- O sal em excesso é realmente um crime pra qualquer cozinheiro, porém a falta dele, retira de qualquer comida a expressividade. Regular o sal é a primeira das lições em qualquer cozinha respeitável que disponha a servir clientes.
-Sugiro positivamente que garçons e garçonetes tenham paciência em aguardar o chamado da mesa e acatar educadamente quando a clientela desejar se servir independentemente. Creio que seja padrão do estabelecimento, porém ainda estamos em PANDEMIA e essa é uma recomendação de biossegurança.
- Sugiro que sempre perguntem à clientes se estes desejem ser servidos, se seus copos sejam enchidos, se desejam algum tipo específico de acompanhamento etc.
Por bem, admito que o atendimento é excelente, demasiado excelente, garçons, cumins e demais servidores estão super aptos a receber e tratar a todxs com toda a educação, gentileza e sofisticação que o ambiente se propõe a oferecer.
Porém em minha breve visita, por mais acolhido que tenha me sentido, não fui suficientemente agradado em paladar com o prato mais básico, ou simples, "barato", do menu.
Being cook understand the complexity of certain dishes, but a simple breaded chicken breast fillet failed to meet my expectations, the chicken had not been pre seasoned and had a slight odor and tasteless flavor, spaghetti with traditional tomato sauce , rustic, it was the mass unsalted sweet sauce and more. We understand that the dough should be cooked in salted water and drained, however the sauce should not be salty, can not under any circumstances be served without salt, considering since the use of sugar to reduce the acidity of the tomato becomes necessary . I'm sorry to make an assessment as accurate, but what saved my meal was the mashed potatoes and white rice. I'm sorry to be so harsh in my assessment, but my recommendations are the most classic.
- What if you try everything for pras tables before serving
- Too much salt is actually a crime for any cook, but the lack of it, removes any food expressiveness. Regular salt is the first of the lessons in any respectable kitchen willing to serve customers.
-Sugiro positively that waiters and waitresses have patience to await the call of the table and accept politely when the customer wishes to serve independently. I think it's default location, but we are still in PANDEMIC and this is a biosafety recommendation.
- I suggest you always ask the customers if they wish to be served if their glasses are filled, if they want a particular kind of monitoring etc.
By well, I admit that the service is excellent, too excellent, waiters, busboys and other servers are super ready to receive and treat todxs with all education, gentleness and sophistication that the environment is intended to provide.
But in my brief visit, however welcome that has felt, I was sufficiently pleased to taste with the most basic dish, or simple "cheap" menu.
