Peço que a pendência passada pela ex-sindica seja sanada o mais rápido possível. Segundo ela, já houve pedidos à vcs para que o telhado que está na garantia vigente do contrato seja reparado. Não sei qual o tipo de relação e tratamento com ela e vcs acontecia antes, mas agora tomarei frente de tudo e preciso resolver esse telhado, sob pena de causar problemas para os moradores do ultimo andar. Conto com a compreensão e agilidade de vcs para que possamos manter a pareceira do serviço.
