I couldn't even schedule a budget. I contacted by phone, and was instructed to pass the address on WhatsApp. I sent the address as requested, and got no feedback. I sent messages again, but received no response.

After-sales sucks. If you need to invoke the warranty, forget it, they'll just ignore your calls. I do not recommend.

Tentamos acionar a garantia do serviço juntamente com o Sr. Fernando, e ele simplesmente parou de atender nossas ligações. Total falta de respeito com seus clientes. Não recomendo.
After-sales is horrible, it even seems like a joke. They did work on the facade of my building, but now there are leaks in my apartment. We tried to activate the service guarantee together with Mr. Fernando, and he just stopped answering our calls. Total lack of respect for your customers. I do not recommend.
