I was injured. I WAS SOLD A HP CARTRIDGE FOR $ 49.90 AND CAME EMPTY. WHEN CLAIMING ASKING FOR GRANA BACK, CONSUMER DEFENSE GIVE ME THIS RIGHT. THEY WERE NOTIFIED BY PROCON AND NEVER RESPONDED.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido pela mãe do mesmo na loja q fica na galeria próxima, fui muito mau atendido tanto pela mãe como pela filha , extremamente arrogantes ...fiz um a recarga em um.cartucho o mesmo não funcionou em minha residência fui a loja com toda educação para saber o motivo do não funcionamento a proprietária se recusou a testar o cartucho em uma de suas impressoras...queria me dar o dinheiro de volta ..mas a minha finalidade não era o dinheiro e sim Um cartucho q fosse útil pra mim...totalmente despreparados para lídar com público..em fim ..NAO ACONSELHO A VISITA O USO DO ESTABELECIMENTO EM HIPÓTESE NENHUMA...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo! Atendimento péssimo! fui atendido com má vontade, ficaram tentando me enganar, danificaram meu cartucho original.
A pessoa que faz o serviço levou o cartucho pra sala e voltou com a tampa lateral quebrada, fiz reclamação no local e ainda ficaram querendo botar a culpa em mim, não quiseram devolver o dinheiro (detalhe de estar colado um papel gigante que diz que não devolvem o dinheiro, mesmo sabendo que isso e contra a defesa do consumidor). Quando ameacei chamar policia disseram que iam dar um jeito, pegaram o cartucho e tentaram montar misturando pecas e me entregaram faltando a trava, e duas pecas internas de plastico, que só percebi ao chegar em casa quando o cartucho desmontou literalmente. As pecas que substituirão eram de outro toner.
Não Façam serviço nesta loja!
Trash! Lousy service! I was grudgingly attended to, they kept trying to deceive me, they damaged my original cartridge.
The person doing the service took the cartridge to the room and came back with the broken side cover, I complained on the spot and they still wanted to blame me, they didn't want to return the money (detail of a giant paper saying that no return the money, even knowing that and against consumer protection). When I threatened to call the police they said they were going to fix it, they took the cartridge and tried to assemble it by mixing pieces and handed me missing the lock, and two internal plastic pieces, which I only realized when I got home when the cartridge literally disassembled. The parts they will replace were of another toner.
Do not do service in this store!

I gave a star for the bad indications of the guys here. A company that does not respect the customer deserves to have its image tarnished. Find another place to take your printer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse cara merecia ser preso! Deixei a impressora pra conserto, paguei e recebí ela funcionando mas com barulho no carrinho, usei três vezes e ela parou tudo, apagou. Voltei lá, me falaram pra deixar pra revisão, depois de muita enrolação descobri que da minha impressora restava apenas a carcaça, não existia mais nada dentro. O pilantra tirou tudo que prestava pra botar em outras impressoras, é assim que ele faz pra ganhar dinheiro! Enganar os desavisados para "se dar bem!" Trata-se de um salafrário , pilantra, enganador!
Dei uma estrela pois não tem nada menor.
This guy deserved to be arrested! I left the printer to be repaired, paid for it and got it working but with a noise in the cart, I used it three times and it stopped everything, it went out. I went back there, they told me to leave it for review, after a lot of messing around I found that my printer only had the housing, there was nothing left inside. The crook took everything he was worth to put in other printers, that's how he does it to earn money! Fool the unsuspecting into "getting along!" It is a scoundrel, a rogue, a deceiver!
I gave a star because there is nothing smaller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem sei por onde começar, nem sei como esse cara ainda continua funcionando. Estabelecimento extremamente abandonado e sujo, mas até aí ok, o responsável é completamente desonesto, minha impressora de trabalho ficou lá 4 meses, ele nunca me deu uma satisfação, mandei inúmeras mensagens a qual ele sempre dava alguma desculpa ou nem respondia. Toda vez que íamos lá ou ele não estava ou a loja estava fechada (fomos umas 15 vezes) quando finalmente encontramos descobrimos que ele nem havia mexido na impressora nesse tempo todo lá, meteu um monte de caô e no final disse que não iria devolver o dinheiro que se eu quisesse era para procurar meus direitos (sim, inacreditável) não deu nenhuma satisfação, e no final eu acabei perdendo minha impressora pois pelo tempo que ficou parada a tinta secou nela. O cara é extremamente arrogante e sem profissionalismo, a única coisa que interessa ele é ganhar dinheiro, pq homem de verdade está longe de ser!
Super desonesto, E SIM, vou procurar meus direitos!
I don't even know where to start, nor do I know how this guy is still functioning. Extremely abandoned and dirty establishment, but so far ok, the person in charge is completely dishonest, my work printer stayed there for 4 months, he never gave me any satisfaction, I sent countless messages to which he always gave some excuse or didn't even reply. Every time we went there or he wasn't there or the store was closed (we went about 15 times) when we finally found it, we found out that he hadn't even touched the printer in all that time there, he threw a lot of chaos and in the end he said he wouldn't return the money that if I wanted it was to look for my rights (yes, unbelievable) didn't give any satisfaction, and in the end I ended up losing my printer because by the time it was stopped the ink dried on it. The guy is extremely arrogant and unprofessional, the only thing he cares about is making money, because a real man is far from being!
Super dishonest, AND YES I will seek my rights!
