Entrei em contato para orçar um reparo do alto falante auricular do Samsung Galaxy S8 e após alguns questionamentos técnicos fui orientando que bastaria uma limpeza, sendo o custo baixo. Foram muito atenciosos e criteriosos no atendimento. Indico de olhos fechados!!!
I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. I got in touch to quote a repair for the Samsung Galaxy S8 ear speaker and after some technical questions I was advised that a cleaning would be enough, and the cost was low. They were very attentive and thorough in their service. I recommend with eyes closed!!!

Os concertos são rápidos atendendo a demandas urgentes, todas as vezes que fiz um serviço ficou a cima da expectativa com prazo e a qualidade da entrega conforme esperado. Além disso tudo eles ainda informam sobre as peças que vão usar e te dão as opções de peças que cabem no seu orçamento e explica sobre a qualidade.

I'm a Smart Buritis Maintenance customer and I've fixed my mother's cell phone 3 times there (she doesn't take much care of the device). The place has a very good service with promptness to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
The concerts are fast meeting urgent demands, every time I did a service it was above expectation with deadline and the quality of delivery as expected. In addition, they also inform you about the pieces they will use and give you the options for pieces that fit your budget and explain the quality.
I RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu precisava trocar a bateria do meu Motorola por uma original. A minha original depois de 3 anos havia estufado e não mantinha mais o celular carregado. Na primeira assistência q fui tive MTA dor de cabeça e a bateria nova q colocaram, da mesma forma não mantinha o Cel carregado. Voltei lá, "consertaram" a bateria e continuou a mesma coisa e ainda estufou em 2 meses.Ou seja, não resolveram meu problema e tinha de novo uma bateria estufada.
Fui em uma autorizada Motorola e tive um péssimo atendimento, não fechando o serviço com eles.
Procurei outra assistência e os comentários e elogios no Google feitos a *Manutenção Smart* me chamaram a atenção, então entrei em contato.
Fui atendida pela Ana e de forma transparente me disse que não tinha a bateria original na loja e iria verificar com seu fornecedor. No final do dia já sabia q conseguiu a bateria ORIGINAL. Fui no dia seguinte deixar o celular e o recebi de volta no próximo dia, antes até do horário combinado.
Tive um atendimento profissional, atencioso e mto eficaz. Detalhe, nem moro perto do local mas valeu mto a pena atravessar a cidade e ser tão bem atendida e ter de novo o celular funcionando perfeitamente.

I needed to change my Motorola battery for an original one. My original after 3 years had swelled and no longer kept my cell phone charged. In the first assistance I went I had a headache and the new battery they put in, in the same way it didn't keep the Cel charged. I went back there, they "fixed" the battery and the same thing continued and it still blew up in 2 months. In other words, they didn't solve my problem and I had a bulged battery again.
I went to an authorized Motorola and had a terrible service, not closing the service with them.
I looked for other assistance and the comments and praise on Google about *Maintenance Smart* caught my eye, so I got in touch.
I was attended by Ana and she transparently told me that she did not have the original battery in the store and would check with her supplier. At the end of the day I already knew that I got the ORIGINAL battery. I went the next day to leave my cell phone and got it back the next day, even before the agreed time.
I had professional, attentive and very efficient service. Detail, I don't even live close to the place but it was worth crossing the city and being so well attended and having my cell phone working perfectly again.
I highly recommend it to anyone in need!
