★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma vez e não peço mais, 2 horas para entregar um sanduíche simples e se vc tenta cancelar pelo app, nao respondem e nao cancelam. Se vc quer esperar e passar raiva vá em frente.
I ordered once and do not order more, 2 hours to deliver a simple sandwich and if you try to cancel by the app, do not respond and do not cancel. If you want to wait and get angry go ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci através do Ifood e hoje também vou ao local. O lanche é muito saboroso, feito com carinho e cuidado, hambúrguer artesanal de ótima qualidade. Apesar de serem em pouquíssimos funcionários sempre fui atendida com excelência em todos os aspectos. Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu noivo comprou uma feijoada que diz ser pra 3 pessoas (mas não é), mas ok! Aí chegou a marmita e que desgraça: veio só arroz e um belisco de couve (que mais parecia escarola) e torresmo. Na marmita da feijoada em si veio FEIJÃO! E 1 carne seca e 1 rabo e 1 fatia de calabresa (fiz questão de contar) e só!! Só!! Não tinha pé, não tinha costela, não tinha pé de porco, não tinha nada!!! Só os três itens acima. Decepcionante!!! NAO RECOMENDO
My fiance bought a feijoada that he says is for 3 people (but it isn't), but ok! Then came lunchbox and what a disgrace: only rice and a pinch of cabbage (which looked more like endive) and crackling came. In the lunchbox of the feijoada itself came BEAN! And 1 dried meat and 1 tail and 1 slice of pepperoni (I made a point of counting) and that's it !! Only!! There was no foot, no rib, no pork leg, nothing! Only the three items above. Disappointing !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pra começar veio 01 pedaço de carne seca, 01 pedaço de paio e 01 pedaço de pé. Só. Vieram 03 fios de couve. Se vocês realmente acham que isso serve 03 pessoas podem fechar. Desonestidade, me senti roubado e enganado. Não recomendo nem passar na frente.
Pelo preço cobrado podiam ser honestos e falar: Serve 02 pessoas com arroz e feijão e 01 pessoa com a feijoada. Mas preferem mentir, dizer que serve até 03 e mandar essa refeição enganosa.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had in the region. I ordered the feijoada on Saturday for R $ 42.00. Their ad on Ifood is that feijoada serves up to 03 people. To start with came 01 piece of dried meat, 01 piece of bread and 01 piece of foot. Only. Three cabbage threads came. If you really think it serves 03 people you can close. Dishonesty, I felt robbed and cheated. I don't even recommend going ahead.
For the price charged they could be honest and say: Serves 02 people with rice and beans and 01 person with feijoada. But they prefer to lie, say it serves until 3am and send this deceptive meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Totalmente negligentes. Fiz um pedido simples de marmita através do aplicativo iFood, que foi aprovado em 3 minutos. Porém, 2 horas se passaram depois disso e eu ainda não tinha recebido meu pedido. Tentei todo tipo de contato. Telefone, chat do app, redes sociais, e nada. Nenhum retorno, nenhum aviso. O próprio iFood tentou contato e não conseguiu. Cancelei o pedido pra não perder meu dinheiro e consegui entrar em contato por whatsapp e o péssimo atendimento ficou mais evidente. Sem nenhuma desculpa, sem nenhum esclarecimento, e nenhuma preocupação com o ocorrido. Esse foi o tratamento que eu recebi na minha primeira e última experiência de compra com o estabelecimento. Não recomendo.
Poor customer service. Totally negligent. I made a simple order for lunchbox through the iFood app, which was approved in 3 minutes. However, 2 hours passed after that and I still hadn't received my order. I tried all kinds of contacts. Phone, chat, social media, and nothing. No return, no warning. IFood itself tried to contact and failed. I canceled the order in order not to lose my money and managed to get in touch by whatsapp and the terrible service was more evident. No excuse, no clarification, and no concern for what happened. This was the treatment I received in my first and last shopping experience with the establishment. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior erro pedir nesse lugar, minha esposa fez um pedido as 11:39 da manhã pelo ifood, duas marmitas de linguiças calabresa, 50 minutos depois chegou apenas uma, tentamos contato pelo chat do ifood sem resposta, tentamos pelo WhatsApp visualizaram e não responderam tive que cobrar que respondessem, depois de um tempo responderam dizendo que o motoboy estaria levando, as 15:14 chegou o motoboy. Péssimo atendimento e confusão em um simples pedido, pedimos as 11:39 e fomos comer as 15:15, pra quem está com fome isso é um enorme desrespeito. Não indico. Ah e chegou fria ainda e pouca comida.
Worst mistake asking in that place, my wife made an order at 11:39 am for ifood, two sausage lunch boxes, 50 minutes later only one arrived, we tried to contact ifood chat without answer, we tried by WhatsApp they viewed and did not answer I had to charge them to respond, after a while they replied saying that the motoboy would be taking, at 15:14 the motoboy arrived.
