Call several times does not answer falls in the mailbox when I answered it does not pass the amount sends shap responds and then does not answer but we need the parts so I could not buy it we are not sure what to do because there is no other place to buy part there was a day I was there buying the phone ringing they were close and didn't answer

Their service is childish. Very high prices, more expensive labor than the parts themselves. Bad customer service, every time I left my 4 stroke there she returned with some other defect. Incompetence is inconceivable
