★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura da escola é excelente, com professores atenciosos. Minha filha de 4 anos adora, pede para ir para escola, o que não acontecia antes, e ela já está lá há um ano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escola que chegou ao bairro do Paraiso com fama de diferenciada, mas não respeita a boa convivência com seus vizinhos. Fazer obras de domingo as 00:08hrs da manhã de domingo (11 de março), quebrando muro, e mesmo com a devida reclamação com responsável no local, fui ignorado, pois ao virar as costas o mesmo continuou a obra. Um bairro residencial não pode ter obras acontecendo as 8 (OITO HORAS DA MANHÃ de um Domingo) dia de descanso para grande maioria. Lamentavel. Já denunciado a Prefeitura de São Paulo. Aguardo um sincero pedido de desculpas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia. Fiz uma visita agendada na unidade dia 17 de janeiro e fui muito bem atendido pela Patricia, que nos explicou direitinho o conceito e filosofia da escola. Sai de lá esperando uma resposta para saber se teria possibilidade da minha filha estudar na turma da manhã que seria dada na quinta mesmo. Como as aulas começam no dia 28 de janeiro eu precisava de uma resposta rápida, porém não me retornaram. Sendo assim liguei para eles na sexta para saber se já tinham uma posição e a pessoa responsável por me ligar (Guilherme), não me retornou mesmo eu deixando o recado 5 vezes. Bom, esperei na segunda para saber se ia ter alguma novidade e nada, o que me forçou a ligar de novo e deixar msg 2 vezes. Ainda nada.
Hoje terça feira liguei novamente e falei que já tava ficando uma situação chata, sou apenas um pai de aluno querendo saber se terá vaga para a minha filha caso contrário preciso procurar outro lugar. Eu já tinha lido uma reclamacao a respeito do atendimento mas só agora senti na pele. Uma pena
Good Morning. I made a scheduled visit to the unit on January 17th and was very well assisted by Patricia, who explained the concept and philosophy of the school very well. I left there waiting for an answer to find out if my daughter would be able to study in the morning class that would be given on Thursday. As classes start on January 28th I needed a quick answer but they didn't get back to me. So I called them on Friday to find out if they already had a position and the person responsible for calling me (Guilherme), did not return even though I left the message 5 times. Well, I waited on Monday to see if there was any news and nothing, which forced me to call again and leave msg twice. Nothing yet.
Today Tuesday I called again and said that it was getting a boring situation, I'm just a student's father wanting to know if there will be a place for my daughter, otherwise I need to look elsewhere. I had already read a complaint about the service but only now felt it on my skin. A feather

We love the school, my kids have been studying there since it opened… I highly recommend it! The new unit is beautiful and the professionals are very attentive and sweet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO atendimento, PESSIMO “bom censo” e “ noção” da escola. Tiram a paz de toda a vizinhanca c barulhos de festas e crianças gritando o dia todo!!! Moro aqui ao lado da escola e TODO DIA é musica alta desde de manha e criancas GRITANDO ate conseguirem tirar o nosso sono. Além do que direto tem apresentação/ teatro e “shows” e ficam ate 20/ 21 hrs da noite com musica alta. Não tem bom senso porque alem de acordarem com barulhos de musicas e gritaria ainda ficam ate de noite fazendo barulho e tirando nossa concentracao de trabalhos e afazeres. Já inclusive pedi 1x pra abaixarem o som porque tinha passado de 17 hrs e desde de manha estava atrapalhando meu trabalho e a moça disse que estavam em horario comercial, mas a questão é o “ bom censo” que desconhecem. Pessimo atendimento, pessimo bom censo, pessima NOÇÃO. Podiam ao menos fazer festa com musica e barulho 1x a cada 3 meses, mas todo dia fica dificil…. Alem do que a musica é reptitiva, não para de repetir. INSUPORTAVEL MORAR PERTO DESSA ESCOLA, É REVOLTANTE, não é igual qualquer colégio, já morei perto de outros colegios antes e nenhum tira tanto a paz e sussego da vizinhanca.
PESSIMO service, PESSIMO “good census” and “notion” of the school. They take away the peace of the whole neighborhood and the noise of parties and children screaming all day!!! I live here next to the school and EVERY DAY music is loud from the morning and children SCREAMING until they manage to get our sleep. In addition to the direct, there is a presentation/theater and "shows" and they stay until 20/21 hrs at night with loud music. It doesn't make sense because in addition to waking up with noises of music and screaming, they still stay up at night making noise and taking away our concentration from work and tasks. I've even asked for 1x to turn down the sound because it had passed 17 hrs and since the morning it was interfering with my work and the girl said they were on business hours, but the question is the “good census” that they don't know about. Very bad service, very bad census, very bad NOTION. They could at least have a party with music and noise 1x every 3 months, but every day is difficult…. In addition to what the music is repetitive, it does not stop repeating. UNBEARABLE TO LIVE NEAR THIS SCHOOL, IT'S REVOLVING, it's not like any school, I've lived close to other schools before and none takes away so much the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
