★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há duas semanas chamei os técnicos e o técnico Ivan veio disse que a Ilha horizontal estava com óleo e estava sem gás, arrumou e disse que ficaria tudo bem. Dois dias depois perdi produtos no freezer. Retornaram 4 dias depois e disseram que o motor tinha pifado, bom vamos trocar o motor ( não mostraram nota do motor) e nem certificado de 01 ano, fizeram a troca voltei a colocar os produtos e voltou a descongelar. Veio o Rodrigo e o Ivan e disseram que precisava de mais gás, vai coloca de novo. Bom como uma pessoa coerente e honesta acertei o serviço com eles. E adivinha o freezer não congela. Se eu indico assim que resolverem eu volto a dizer , pois parece que qdo recebem deixam o cliente na mão.
Two weeks ago I called the technicians and the technician Ivan came and said that the horizontal island had oil and was out of gas, he fixed it and said that everything would be fine. Two days later I lost products in the freezer. They returned 4 days later and said that the engine had broken down, well let's change the engine (they didn't show the engine grade) and not even 01 year certificate, they made the exchange, I put the products back in and they defrosted again. Rodrigo and Ivan came and said they needed more gas, go put it again. Good as a consistent and honest person I got the job done with them. And guess what, the freezer doesn't freeze. If I indicate as soon as they resolve, I'll say it again, because it seems that when they receive they let the customer down.
