★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após quase 1 mês com meu aparelho de ar condicionado, entregaram e instalaram de volta dia 18 de dezembro de 2019.. Na época foi feito o pagamento e nem nota fiscal da garantia deram.. Menos de 1 mês depois dia 12 de janeiro meu ar parou de funcionar e desde então tento um retorno, mas só prometem e nunca aparecem.. Total descaso, infelizmente não recomendo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Vieram até meu apê para arrumar minha máquina. O técnico falou várias baboseiras desconexas referentes ao defeito e ficou de ver o preço da peça para troca. Uma semana se passou e não tive retorno. Liguei lá e a Edilene me informou que não sabia nada sobre minha visita e meu orçamento (sendo que foi com ela que eu agendei desde o início). Até hoje continuo sem retorno. Péssimos, péssimos. Estão querendo falir, provavelmente ?

Serviço executado em uma geladeira na casa do meus pais que tem 85 anos, por esse motivo enganou-os com a notícia que a placa estava condenada e tinha que trocar, e era R$ 390,00 ao fazer a troca, levou a que estava na geladeira sem dar maiores detalhes ao meus pais, e colocou uma que não se sabe se era original, ou pelo menos nova, fui atrás dele na loja, mas o mesmo não se encontrava e não quis entrar em contato comigo.
