★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço deixei uma maquina de roçar de 43cc para consertar , disseram que a maquina precisava ,limpar ou trocar o carburador dependendo de como o carburador estivesse, trocar velas e mangueiras do tanque de gasolina ,cobraram R$ 338,00 ,até ai tudo bem ,aceitei o serviço , cheguei em casa fui ligar a máquina não pega de jeiti nenhum , verifiquei se trocaram a vela, NÃO TROCARAM, e pelo jeito so fizeram a limpeza do carburador por fora, sinceramente muita decepção com essa loja , além do preço alto ,péssimo serviço prestado , acho que as pessoas que falam bem dessa loja devem ser só os amigos deles , E TUDO É CARO , se puderem comprem ou faça manutenção de suas ferramentas em outra loja , porque essa é péssima

Até o dia de hoje nada.
Não atende ao telefone, faz do cliente palhaço.
Diz que irá passar o orçamento no outro dia e nada.
Meu marido já esteve na loja duas vezes falaram que a máquina está desmontando, esperando uma peça para poder dar o orçamento. Sejam mais rápido pois precisamos dessa ferramenta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento deixei duas ferramentas para arrumar no dia seguinte disseram que iam passar o orçamento duas semanas depois nada Não atendem o telefone o tive que vir de São Paulo para saber o que estava acontecendo até recado deixei no Facebook ai o atendente de forma debochada falou que já tinha arrumado 198,00 a um serviço que não autorizei assim fica fácil ganhar dinheiro né , péssimo serviço, não indico ,mau caratismo total falta de compromisso com o cliente além disso um fica jogando para o outro espero pelo menos estar funcionando a serra circular que não autorizei a fazer espero que vcs tenham mais carater e sejam honestos com os que vcs costumam enganar
