O atendimento ao cliente é um dos pontos principais em qualquer negócio. Meu problema foi resolvido, mas não fiquei satisfeito como fui atendido.
Recomendo aos proprietários um curso de atendimento ao cliente para os funcionários.
I found the connections I needed at a fair price. The service however left something to be desired. Salesman Victor showed little empathy, and the technician (I don't remember the name) who asked me about the connections, answered unwillingly.
Customer service is one of the main points in any business. My problem was resolved, but I was not satisfied with how I was treated.
I recommend to owners a customer service course for employees.
