Liguei na Maqtec e fui atendido pelo Guilherme que prontamente veio ver a máquina, tirou minhas dúvidas e em poucos dias resolveu tudo por um preço campeão. Qualidade incomparável e ótimo atendimento ao cliente, recomendo!
I couldn't believe it! I had been with my lava and drought for almost a month and couldn't get anybody's support.
I called Maqtec and was attended by Guilherme, who promptly came to see the machine, cleared my doubts and in a few days solved everything for a champion price. Unmatched quality and great customer service, I recommend!

My dryer was not spinning the laundry. After cleaning the entire machine, the replaced part was replaced. Very professional and great service. Serious staff and fair price. I recommend!

Great service both in person and through whatsapp. Company with a sense of urgency. They removed the machine on Friday afternoon and started the service on Saturday. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal comprometido com a execução do serviço, orçamento detalhado com fotos das peças e os problemas que elas apresentam para o mal funcionamento do produto, do jeito que realmente deveria ser em qualquer lugar e ainda fizeram um esforço enorme para me entregar o produto em um FDS depois do horário de atendimento da empresa. Recomendo a todos.
Personnel committed to the execution of the service, detailed budget with photos of the parts and the problems they present for the malfunction of the product, the way it really should be anywhere and even made a huge effort to deliver the product to me in an SDS after business hours. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não consegui nem que viessem ver a máquina quebrada, tentei via ligação e mensages via WhatsApp, não tive retorno a semana toda, seria mais ético para empresa dizer que não pagaria o serviço, do que simplesmente ignorar!
Terrible service, I couldn't even come to see the broken machine, I tried via call and messages via WhatsApp, I didn't get back all week, it would be more ethical for the company to say they wouldn't pay for the service, than simply ignoring it!
