★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio tem uma ótima localização e uma vista maravilhosa da praia. Infelizmente a praça em frente é pouco movimentada e, consequentemente, acaba sendo perigosa (principalmente a noite).
The building has a great location and a wonderful view of the beach. Unfortunately the square in front is not very busy and consequently ends up being dangerous (especially at night).
