★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de uma cozinha completa (nova). Mas ao receber o produto depois de o prazo de entrega não ser cumprido pelo estabelecimento (entrega atrasada). O produto ao qual comprei que era para ser novo, me foi entregue com diversas avarias (danificado), solicito uma solução a loja pois além de não honrar com prazo de entrega me entregaram um produto que não tinha aspecto de novo (parecia um produto de mostruário). Detalhe que foi um produto de mais de 1mil reais, me solicitaram duas alternativas, esperar por uma solicitação de assistência para ver a possibilidade de troca, que pode demorar por até 30 dias. Enquanto isso deixo toda as minha louça, panela, condimentos no chão. Pois bem vou acionar judicialmente a referida loja, pelo ressarcimento de meu dinheiro "roubado" e pelo dano e transtorno gerado.

In the meantime, I leave all my dishes, pots, spices on the floor. Well, I'm going to sue the store in court, for the reimbursement of my "stolen" money and for the damage and inconvenience generated.

Atendente viz WhatsApp irredutível e simplesmente informou que aquele era o prazo (que não foi o combinado) e que não teria como resolver.
