O sapato descolou na hora em que a criança foi entrar no cortejo, o excluindo da atividade e quase causando um acidente grave, pois ele além de ser autista há três dias havia passado por uma cirurgia delicada na cabeça. Na loja foram super ríspidos comigo dizendo que eles não tinham obrigação de me devolver nada, porque o sapato era uma cortesia e saiu de lá em perfeito estado. Enfim, achei detestável a forma como se posicionaram com relação ao fato.
I didn't like the service. I rented a complete outfit for my nephew so he could be a page. The shoe took off at the time the child went into the procession, excluding him from the activity and almost causing a serious accident, as he was not only autistic for three days but had undergone delicate head surgery. At the store, they were very quick with me saying that they had no obligation to return anything to me, because the shoe was a courtesy and left there in perfect condition. Anyway, I found it detestable the way they positioned themselves in relation to the fact.
